Pumpkin Butterscotch Cupcakes
We use a box cake mix to make these which makes it so simple and quick to make!
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix of choice plus all ingredients required for the box
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 tablespoon flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all the ingredients for your box cake mix as directed on the box. Add in the pumpkin puree and mix well to combine.
- Stir together the flour and butterscotch chips and then add to the batter. Disperse the batter amongst 24 cupcake molds and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean and serve!
