Pomegranate Witches Brew
Pomegranate witches brew. The perfect drink to make for Halloween.
This is one of the easiest cocktails to throw together for spooky season. It takes minutes to make and very few ingredients. I was almost hesitant to share this one, but I know some of the most loved recipes I share are the easiest ones!
This pomegranate witches brew came to me when I was at shopping for some fun Halloween props. I found these cool glasses with a silver skeleton hand on the bottom that looks like it’s holding the cup. I’ve never been that into the spooky side of Halloween, but those cups automatically caught my eye and I thought it would be so fun to share a dark colored cocktail in them!
I wanted to make a drink with Chambord, a raspberry liquor that I love. Butttttt, I figured most of my readers may be more inclined to grab the pomegranate juice first. Less expensive and when you’re testing out a drink for the holidays, sometimes that’s just better. It worked out perfectly since its still that same deep reddish purplish color!
How to make this Pomegranate Witches Brew
Mix up the tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and pomegranate juice in a glass or cocktail shaker with some ice. Note – if you want it a bit sweeter, you could also add some simple syrup or maple syrup.
I like to top mine off with some ginger beer which adds a little fizz and nice pop of ginger flavor.
