Monday: Mexican chicken and rice soup. I’ve been craving this and can’t wait to make it!
Tuesday: Blackened salmon with walnut date gremolata – add some zucchini to the sheet pan for a nice light meal or enjoy with some rice or potatoes
Wednesday: Classic Homemade chili for a mid week pick me up
Thursday: Orange chicken stir fry maybe with a side of veggie lettuce cups!
Friday: Shrimp curry ramen. Take-out who?
Saturday: Sayadieh for a beautiful and delicious meal with a side of Middle Eastern simple salad.
Breakfast: Chilaquiles! I’m always craving this.
Dessert: A fresh tray of baklava!
