Friday: Chicken cacciatore (make enough for leftovers for tomorrows meal!)

Saturday: Chicken cacciatore manicotti

Breakfast: Spinach artichoke garlic bread rolls

Dessert: White chocolate raspberry muffins

Monday: Adas w irkak – Lentil soup with handmade noodles

Tuesday: Loubia bil zeit with Arab rice pilaf and a simple salad

Wednesday: 7 spice roasted cauliflower with tahini and dates

Thursday: Summer rice salad – Add some chickpeas for protein if you’d like!

Friday: Italian white bean soup with butternut squash and kale

Saturday: Mujaddara and fattoush

Breakfast: Bolani stuffed with potatoes and herbs

Dessert: Coconut pudding (trembleque)
