Monday: Lasagna soup! Just like lasagna but way less time to make. I love the dollops of herby ricotta cheese.
Tuesday: Mujaddara. One of my go-to meals when I have no idea what to cook. Of course with a simple salad and pickles
Wednesday: Chicken shawarma bowls! This week’s newest recipe. So much flavor in each bite!
Thursday: Butternut squash mac and cheese! It’s still winter, peeps. Let’s use up some beautiful winter produce.
Friday: Lemon chicken orzo soup to cozy up to after a long week.
Saturday: Sayadieh, one of my favorite and simplest meals. So good with salata falahiyeh – Arab farmers salad!
Breakfast: Fuul mudammas. One of my all time favorite breakfasts! If you’ve never had it, it’s like hummus made with fava beans. Lately we’ve been making it without tahini, but I have a recipe up for both.
Dessert: Simple apple cake to enjoy throughout the week.
