Heavy cream (creamy white wine chicken)

Low sodium vegetable broth (Lasagna soup and butterntut squash risotto)
Arborio rice (Butternut squash risotto)

1 jar grape leaves (I prefer Al Afia)

Meal Plan
Monday: 30 minute creamy white wine chicken
Tuesday: Arab crunchwrap supremes. I’ve been craving these!
Wednesday: Lasagna soup with herby ricotta
Thursday: Butternut squash risotto. LOVE this dish!
Friday: Blackened salmon with walnut date gremolata
Saturday: The BEST vegetarian stuffed grape leaves
Breakfast: Loaded breakfast scramble plate! This is such a balanced and delicious breakfast!
Dessert: Simple apple cake! So easy to make. Especially since I’m not quite ready for pumpkin just yet
