Meal Plan 6 – Week of June 19-25
Monday: You’ve got to start the week off with my Summer Rice Salad! Have some leftover protein from grilling during Father Day weekend? Chop it up and throw that on top to make it even more filling! For a vegan and vegetarian option, top with chick peas!
Tuesday: Pollo Asado Tacos just sound like the right move for this Tuesday. It’s grilling season, its Tuesday. The time is now, peeps. Be sure to make that mango salsa and add my pico de gallo, black bean, corn and jicama salsa too!
Wednesday: Treat yourself to some Harissa Honey Butter Wings! They’re amazing and smothered in sweet and spicy goodness. Make it with some rice pilaf and a simple salad to complete the meal!
Thursday: Shrimp and veggie stir fry is calling your name! It takes no time to make
Friday: Sayadieh! Did anyone else grow up eating fish on Fridays? This meal looks so extravagant, but it truly takes way less time to make than it looks!
Saturday: Treat yourself to some Mahshi and Warak Dawali! Stuffed squash and grape leaves! This is the season to enjoy them!
Breakfast: Chilaquilles is the move this week! These ones are not only easy but they’re seriously so beautiful to look at! If you made my pico de gallo and black bean, corn and jicama salsa earlier in the week, this would be perfect to finish those off with!
Dessert: Nescafe cake! One of my favorite desserts that require no baking which we all love this time of year!
