Yellow rice

Ingredients:
2 cups of jasmine rice
1 tablespoon ghee or butter
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 chicken bouillon cube
3 cups water
Directions:
-In a medium saucepan on medium-high heat, add your ghee or butter. Once heated through, add the rice and coat the grains with the melted ghee. Add the turmeric and allow the spice to fully coat each grain of rice.
-Add in the water and bouillon cube. Stir it slightly to make sure nothing is sticking to the bottom of the pan. Let the rice come to a light boil, then bring the head down to low. Cover and let cook for 20 minutes or as recommended on rice package. Fluff the rice with a fork when it’s done and enjoy with any meal!
