Meal Plan 5 – Week of June 12 – 18
Monday: Mediterranean chicken salad to start the week off on the right foot! Restaurant worthy salad right at home and one you can feel SO good about eating!
Tuesday: Bruschetta pasta and some sausage stuffed mushrooms is a match made in heaven! Pair it with a salad like my salatat hindbeh – endive salad, or some lemon parm blistered green beans for good measure!
Wednesday: Chipotle lime chicken with cilantro honey yogurt sauce which is delicious with some citrus salsa and some rice on the side
Thursday: Curry chicken salad is delicious with some crackers, on a sandwich or even over some greens!
Friday: Baja fish tacos! I mean do I even need to explain? These are AMAZING.
Saturday: Chicken empanadas with chimichurri Such a delicious little weekend indulgence. You can also use rotisserie chicken if you choose!
Dessert: Knafeh!! If you’ve never had this queen of a dessert, now is the time.
Breakfast: Knafeh french toast! and some fuul mudammas. After making knafeh, you’ll definitely make the french toast version! You’re also going to need something savory to go with it and this fuul mudammas is a delicious alternative to the more well known hummus!
