Monday: Tortellini salad with pesto vinaigrette. Let’s keep things light and fresh to start off this exciting week!
Tuesday: Italian white bean soup with butternut squash and kale. There may even be enough to last through Wednesday so you can take a break before the big day.
Wednesday: Roasted lemon garlic salmon with herby vinaigrette. Simple, colorful and delicious!
Thursday: Stay tuned for our Thanksgiving menu and recipe inspo!
Friday: Turkey, butternut squash and garlic bechamel lasagna rolls. My favorite way to transform leftover turkey!
Saturday: Shishbarak! Ugh I CANNOT WAITTTTT for this!
Breakfast: Pumpkin butter french toast with pumpkin apple syrup!
Dessert: Caramel pumpkin pecan cheesecake! Literally the perfect Thanksgiving dessert!
Drink: Apple sangria! It gets even better as it sits!
