Monday: Mediterranean zucchini boats with Arab vermicelli rice pilaf
Tuesday: Greek chicken with tzatziki sauce, horiatiki salad and Greek rice pilaf
Wednesday: Roasted lemon garlic salmon with herby vinairgette. This would be great with the roasted potatoes from my pan seared salmon and roasted potatoes
Thursday: 7 spice roasted cauliflower with tahini and dates
Friday: Veggie bibimbap
Saturday: Vegetarian grape leaves
Breakfast: Arab breakfast strata
Dessert: Strawberry & rose tahini shortcakes with labneh whipped cream
