Meal Plan 4 – Week of June 5-11

Monday: Msakhan rolls! You can absolutely use a store-bought rotisserie chicken for this, which is a win for everyone.
Tuesday: Chicken fajitas! They also make excellent leftovers for the next day! Enjoy them with a tortilla or some rice and beans!
Wednesday: Miso tahini stir fry! If you’re sleeping on the tahini & miso combo, now is the time for you to try it! Its literally a match made in heaven. I love this without meat, but you could also add whatever protein you like!
Thursday: Shrimp & veggie stir fry! So easy and perfect for a weekday.
Friday: Sayadieh! It looks intricate, but its actually a pretty fast meal! I grew up eating fish on Fridays, so naturally I put this meal here and I know you’re going to love it!
Saturday: Bruschetta & burrata all weekend! We can’t get enough of this incredible combo! Get yourself a great baguette, some burrata and some beautiful ripe tomatoes and go to town! The weekends are for bread, cheese and bruschetta!
Breakfast: Treat yourself to these Crab cakes and if you’re feeling EXTRA (which you of course should be!), turn these babies into crab cake benedicts! The benedict instructions are in the recipe card!
Dessert: Strawberry rose & tahini shortcakes with labneh whipped cream. These are seriously magic!
