Meal Plan 20: Septmber 25 – October 1
Monday: Kick off the week with the newest recipe on the site – 30 minute creamy white wine chicken. A show stopping meal to get you pumped for the week ahead!
Tuesday: Suniyet Djaj, a beautifully spiced, baked Arab style chicken dish. SO flavorful and comforting
Wednesday: Moussaka to comfort you this Wednesday. Pair it with Arab rice pilaf and a simple salad.
Thursday: Pan seared chicken with fig jam and soy glaze because it just feels right to make this while it’s still fig season.
Friday: Mediterranean shrimp with tomatoes and feta. Perfect for a Friday dinner paired with some Greek rice pilaf and a horiatiki salad!
Saturday: Mediterranean lentil soup. I love making a big pot of soup to keep coming back to for a couple days!
Breakfast: Palestinian inspired crab cake eggs benedict. There are no words for how good this
Dessert: Pumpkin cheesecake muffins. You’ll be sohappy that you have these to come back to throughout the week!
