Meal Plan 17: April 23-29
Monday: Chicken marsala with pasta, and bruschetta and burrata
Tuesday: Tuna salad sandwich. Light on the mayo and some crunch from carrots and celery. So simple yet so addictive
Wednesday: 7 spice cauliflower with tahini and dates. I’m still obsessed with this!
Thursday: Crispy buffalo chicken sandwich
Friday: Creamy white wine scallops with a lemon pasta
Saturday: Chick fajitas with pico de gallo
Breakfast: Palestinian inspired crab cakes – I love making these into crab cake benedict!
Dessert: Apricot mabroosheh to munch on through the week
