Meal Plan 22 – October 9 – 15
Monday: 30 minute creamy white wine chicken. Serve this over pasta or mashed potatoes with a side salad!
Tuesday: Loubia bil zeit. If you can still find some fresh long beans, use them in this stew! If not, frozen green beans work great as well!
Wednesday: Make yourself a mid-week bowl of comfort with this butternut squash mac and cheese!
Thursday: The BEST chicken shawarma. I will always stand by the fact that this is the only recipe you need for chicken shawarma!
Friday: Mujaddara! End the week off simply with this humble and delicious meal. Don’t forget the pickles and side salad!
Saturday: Turkey, butternut squash bechamel lasagna rolls! Don’t have turkey? Make a roasted chicken or grab a rotisserie chicken from the store for the perfect substitute!
Breakfast: Black bean and mushroom breakfast tacos. I just bought some black beans to make these tacos this week!
Dessert: Pumpkin almond croissants. This are SO simple its unreal. They also use store bought croissants – I love the mini ones best for these. Enjoy this with a pumpkin butter white russian!
