Monday: Butternut squash mac and cheese just like the storebought version we all know and love
Tuesday: Shrimp curry ramen which I can’t wait to make!
Wednesday: Mediterranean lentil soup which is like a warm mid-week hug
Thursday: Moussaka such a great comfort food dish
Friday: Mexican chicken and rice soup. It’s a soup week here!
Saturday: Chicken and cauliflower makloubeh, a very Palestinian weekend meal fit for royalty!
Breakfast: Vanilla bean french toast
Dessert: Baklava! Or a nice tray of baklava cinnamon rolls. Can’t go wrong
Drink: Gingerbread hot chocolate or sahlab for a cozy, family friendly winter drink
