Meat & Seafood:
Chicken thighs (chicken potato curry)
Ground beef (Med. zucchini boats)
1 whole chicken (Mexican chicken & rice soup)
Rib eye steaks (Steak teriyaki bowls)
Salmon (Roasted lemon garlic salmon)
Produce:
1 bag of yellow onions
2 bell pepper
1 bag russet potatoes
1 bunch raddish
1 bunch cilantro
4-5 zucchini (zucchini bread and Mediterranean zucchini boats)
2-3 heads garlic
3-4 tomatoes (for the recipes + salads through the week)
1 bunch green onion
1 small bag of whole carrots
1 small bag Persian cucumbers
2-3 lemons (for the recipes + dressings)
1 small bunch celery
2-3 avocados (chilaquiles, Mex chicken & rice soup, other)
1 small knob ginger
1 small head broccoli
8 oz cremini mushrooms
1 small bag arugula (lemon garlic salmon)
1 large or 2 med. red onions
1 shallot
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch dill
1 small bunch basil
Dairy:
1 dozen eggs (chilaquilles, zucchini bread
Greek yogurt
Pantry:
1 can pinto beans
2 – 15oz cans tomato sauce
1 bag jasmine rice

Monday: Steak teriyaki bowls – starting the week off right with these!
Tueaday: Mujaddara and a simple salad
Wednesday: Easy Indian inspired chicken potato curry. So perfect for a busy weeknight.
Thursday: Mediterranean Zucchini Boats – a beautiful and filling mid-week meal
Friday: Roasted lemon garlic salmon with herby vinairgette – what a way to kick off the weekend! Maybe with a Middle Eastern potato salad!
Saturday: Mexican chicken and rice soup – one of my absolute favorite soups!
Breakfast: Chilaquiles – one of my favorite breakfasts!
Dessert: Crispy top cinnamon streusel zucchini bread – THE recipe you need this week
