Meal Plan 21: May 22-27
Monday: Roasted lemon garlic salmon with herby vinaigrette. I loveeee love love this meal.
Tuesday: Mediterranean stuffed zucchini boats with Arab rice pilaf
Wednesday: 30 minute creamy white wine chicken with pasta
Thursday: Easy summer rice salad with chicken kebabs
Friday: Veggie bibimbap. This meal is SO flavorful and colorful. Just the kind of food I love during this time of year.
Saturday: The BEST vegetarian stuffed grape leaves. Our grape vine is growing beautifully and I can’t wait to make this.
Breakfast: Falafel and salata tahini
Dessert: Berry cheesecake icebox cake. A simple and delicious – NO BAKE dessert perfect for Memorial Day weekend.
