Meal Plan 18: May 1-6
Monday: Chicken kebabs with fattoush
Tuesday: Carne asada or Pollo asado or BOTH!
Wednesday: Peanut pasta salad – so bright and fresh! Switch up the veggies for what you have on hand!
Thursday: Veggie lettuce cups
Friday: Baja fish tacos and a spicy orange mango margarita
Saturday: Mahshi and warak! It’s a cozy meal but a year round one for us. Especially in the spring and summer when you can get some great squash!
Breakfast: Arab breakfast strata
Dessert: Coconut trembleque
