Meal Plan 16: August 28 – September 3
Monday: Roasted Lemon Garlic Salmon with Herby Vinaigrette. The newest recipe for this week takes center stage as Monday’s dinner. So simple and yet so beautiful, filling and nutritious. Serve these with a side of Middle Eastern potato salad and another new recipe of lemon ricotta and herb stuffed mushrooms. This meal just rocks my world!
Tueaday: Creamy Tomato Skillet Chicken and Spinach with a side of pasta is calling your name!
Wednesday: Veggie lettuce cups are the perfect, light, mid week pick me up. Make a side of rice to go with it as a more filling meal. And if you want to get really crazy, some wonton soup as well!
Thursday: Snag a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store on your way home and make these Msakhan rolls with some salata falahiyeh.
Friday: End of summer chili because it’s that time!
Saturday: There’s a few more weeks of the official “grilling season” so make these Fig Jam and Goat cheese burgers this weekend!
Breakfast: Palestinian Crab Cake Eggs Benedict! You’ve got to try these this weekend! They’re just insane.
Dessert: Try this simple dessert of Warbat (Ashta/ Arabic custard stuffed puff pastry) SO simple and unbelievably delicious!
