Meal Plan 18: September 11 – 17

Roasted lemon garlic salmon with herby vinaigrette

Monday: Loubia bil zeit. Sometimes we need a hearty veggie dish to kick off the week after an indulgent weekend. Serve this with some Arab rice pilaf for a complete meal.

Tuesday: Shrimp and veggie stir fry is a speedy and delicious meal for mid week meals!

Wedneday: Peanut noodle salad, this week’s newest recipe, is a refreshing and veggie packed meal that is quick to make and there’s plenty to last for another day!

Thursday: End of summer chili because it’s the end of summer and I’m patiently waiting for CHILI weather! and chilly weather. And soup season. All the things.

Friday: Lemon garlic salmon with herby vinaigrette. A delicious and beautiful way to end the week and head to the weekend!

Saturday: Chicken shawarma is always a staple around here. Make some shawarma sandwiches this weekend or switch things up and serve it with rice and salad!

Breakfast: Fuul mudammas because I’m currently eating this as we speak

Dessert: Lebanese sfouf – a semolina, turmeric and anise cake that is just absolutely delicious. So light and fluffy and such a treat.
