Thursday: Soy and crispy ginger fish. Just so so delicious with some steamed white rice

Saturday: Kifta burgers – on the grill if the weather permits or on the stove

Lenten Meal Plan

Monday: Pasta fasoul – made it this weekend and LOVED it! Such a nostalgic and humble meal

Tuesday: Veggie bibimbap – Also made this yesterday and it’s one of our favorites!

Thursday: End of summer chili (which is a delicious vegetarian chili)

Saturday: Falafel – definitely a weekend project. We’re working on ours now!

Side Dishes
