Meal Plan 6: February 5 – 11
Monday: Chicken shawarma bowls! The perfect start to the week. With all the fixings of course.
Tuesday: Carne asada tacos for taco Tuesday! With some pico de gallo, and a black bean, corn and jicama salsa!
Wednesday: Roasted lemon garlic salmon with herby vinaigrette. So good with some roasted potatoes or a simple rice pilaf
Thursday: Chicken marsala. SO easy to make with some mashed potatoes.
Friday: Italian white bean soup with butternut squash. Because we need a little comfort in our lives, esp during winter time.
Saturday: Fig jam and goat cheese burgers with arugula! We just had a burger night last night and I def think Saturdays are the perfect day for it!
Breakfast: Make these Spinach artichoke garlic bread rolls – this week’s newest recipe! Pop one into the toaster or oven for breakfast each morning!
Dessert: Arabic coffee and chocolate pots de crème. These amazing and perfect for an early Valentine’s day treat!
