Wednesday: Mediterranean shrimp with tomatoes and feta, some Greek rice and a Horiatiki salad!

Thursday: Musakhan rolls. Such a perfect, quick meal or even snack

Friday: Soy and crispy ginger fish with some steamed rice. A delicious meal with maybe some miso soup on the side
