Tuesday: Creamy white wine chicken with pasta

Wednesday: Mediterranean shrimp, Greek rice pilaf and horiatiki salad

Thursday: Chicken shawarma bowls

Friday: Butternut squash mac and cheese

Saturday: Chicken cauliflower makloubeh with a simple salad

Breakfast: Breakfast tacos

Dessert: White chocolate raspberry muffins

Lenten Meal Plan

Monday: Italian white bean soup with butternut squash and kale

Tuesday: Peanut noodle salad

Wednesday: Mediterranean shrimp (without the feta), Greek rice pilaf and horiatiki salad (without the feta)

Thursday: Hummus and tabbouleh with some pita bread!

Friday: Mujaddara and simple salad

Saturday: Bolani

Breakfast: Falafel with salata tahini

Dessert: Coconut pudding!
